The property occupied by a preferred restaurant and marina in Patchogue has offered for $3.4 million.
Sunny Riverside Properties LLC, an entity of Lengthy Island restaurateur Lenny Oliva, bought the 3-acre property at 31 Baker St. that was the long-time house of the Off Key Tikki restaurant and marina.
